Using the Farlington Wrap Around Service is very easy. You will be required to book sessions in advance.
Confirmation of bookings will be sent to you in writing. You will be required to pay a £25 deposit per child to guarantee the place for your child.
You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the half term, showing on a weekly basis, the amounts due. You can pay this weekly or half termly in advance. Payment is due on the first day that your child attends, depending on your payment frequency (each week or half term). Your deposit will be deducted from the first payment due. The deposit is non-refundable. Payment can be made via Cash, Cheque, Bacs or Childcare Vouchers
If a booked place is not paid for by the end of the first week without good reason then the booking will be canceled. If you choose not to use a booked session for any reason i.e. sickness, holiday, day off etc. during term time, full fees will still apply.
If you no longer require our services and you need to permanently cancel sessions then 4 weeks term time notice must be given.
Please complete the booking form, then return it to us as soon as possible together with a deposit of £25 per placement (non refundable). Confirmation of place(s) allocated will then be sent you.
